RNC are searching for a wanted Torbay man.
Police say 41-year-old David Tapper is wanted for failing to comply with court orders in connection with an investigation launched in August after a fraud report was received from a St. John’s bank.
Tapper is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall with a slender build, green eyes and brown hair.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of David Tapper is asked to contact the RNC or Crime Stoppers.
