A man is facing several charges after an armed robbery at a store on Kenmount Road yesterday.
Metro police rushed to the business just before 3:30 p.m. after a masked man walked into the store, armed with a knife.
The suspect left the business before RNC arrived, but was located nearby and taken into custody.
He was held to appear in court on charges of armed robbery, disguise with intent, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, carrying a concealed weapon, and resisting arrest.
There were no injuries.
