Burin Peninsula RCMP have issued an arrest warrant for a man from St. John’s who they say is actively evading them.
Thirty-seven-year-old Devon Dibbon is facing two counts of causing damage or injury to animals or birds.
Anyone with information on Dibbon’s whereabouts is asked to contact the RCMP at 709-729-3001 or Crime Stoppers.
