A 70-year-old man, who is said to have been driving “all over the roadway” on the TCH near Arnold’s Cove, has been charged with impaired.
The RCMP were first called about the situation shortly before 11:00 Tuesday morning.
The vehicle was later pulled over on the highway near Long Harbour.
The accused failed subsequent breath tests, and will appear in court at a later date on charges of impaired.
