A Newfoundlander is making waves in the national fashion scene, and she says her roots in this province have helped shape her success.
It has been a milestone year for Lindsay Ann Delaney – she’s had a feature in Fashion Magazine, opened a runway show, and has a new film credit and a role with the Toronto Fashion Academy.
Delaney credits growing up in this province with helping make her successful, noting that it holds a very special place in her heart.
She references the friendliness and sociability of Newfoundlanders and Labradorians. She says because of that she can strike up a conversation with anyone, which translates well to the fashion industry.
