Several properties in Labrador City were evacuated on the weekend as an intense fire spewing thick, heavy smoke raged in a residential garage.
The fire broke at a property on Cedar Avenue late Sunday night, causing significant damage to the garage and exterior damage to a neighbouring home. Three occupants of the home on the property where the fire originated were able to evacuate before police arrived.
