Police have arrested a man in metro after they say he was caught spray painting in downtown St. John’s.
Officers were on patrol when they noticed the 24-year-old spray painting in a laneway near Cathedral Street.
The suspect took off on foot when the officers approached him, but he was arrested a short time later.
The accused has been charged with mischief and resisting arrest as a result.
