There’s an update coming this afternoon on the wildfire situation in the province.
Premier John Hogan will be joined by Justice Minister John Haggie, Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture Minister Lisa Dempster, and senior officials for a 5:00 p.m. news conference at Confederation Building.
They’re set to deliver the latest on evacuation orders, firefighting efforts, and the regional state of emergency on the Bay de Verde Peninsula.
