RCMP in Twillingate are investigating after two fires were lit in the community early Friday morning.
Police were first called to a fire at a local garage on Main Street at around 3 a.m., where firefighters quickly extinguished a fire in an adjacent shed.
Then, the RCMP were called to the Salvation Army Church in Bayview. The fire was also extinguished with the help of the Twillingate Fire Department.
Police are asking anyone who may have information or CCTV footage from the area to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
