Elections NL has opened up the application process for people to vote by mail in the upcoming provincial election.
An online portal has been opened up for people to request a voting kit.
Once the application is processed, people who receive said kit will not be eligible to vote at advance or regular polls.
Kits will start being mailed out after nominations close on September 23. The deadline to request a kit is October 2nd at 8 p.m.
