Charges have been laid and the investigation is ongoing after two targeted home invasions led to a police operation and a shelter-in-place in Kenmount Terrace late Friday afternoon.
Twenty-four year-old Brandon Chafe and 25-year-old Dawson Reid-Shute were both arrested in a major police operation involving the Tactics and Rescue Unit during the evening commute Friday. The shelter-in- place was lifted after the men and a woman were taken into custody.
