The Deer Lake Red Wings are Herder Cup champions for the second year in a row.
The Red Wings defeated the Baker Flooring CBS Senior Blues 9 – 6 on home ice in game 5 of the series.
It was a tight game through the second period with the Red Wings leading 5-4 before blowing it open in the third.
