The biggest high school hockey tournament in the province starts today.
The annual Royal Newfoundland Regiment Memorial High School Hockey Tournament is being hosted by both Paradise and Mount Pearl.
Thirty-two of the province’s best girls and boys high school hockey teams are competing this year, 16 girls teams, and 16 boys teams – representing 22 high schools and a total of 750 players.
The invitational tournament will include 80 games played over 3 rinks in two arenas and is being broadcast across the province by Rogers TV and livestreamed by AO Live.
