The province will be a study in weather contrasts tomorrow, with heavy rain on the southern strip of the island and sunshine with double-digit temperatures in parts of Labrador.
Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for the stretch from the southern Avalon to the southwest coast, with up to 100 mm possible in the Port aux Basques area, 90 mm on the south coast, and 60 mm on the southern Avalon. Other areas of the island, including metro, will also see significant rainfall tomorrow and Monday.
In comparison, central Labrador will enjoy sunshine tomorrow, with temperatures in the mid-teens.
