Progress is being made on a new school for Kenmount Terrace to replace Larkhall Academy and Leary’s Brook Junior High according to government.
The original plan called for tenancy by September 2026, however no tender has yet been called.
Education critic Paul Dinn questioned the minister responsible for infrastructure, Elvis Loveless, but he would not commit to any timelines for occupancy.
Loveless says the soil will be moving very soon.
