The Town of CBS is closing all indoor and outdoor recreation facilities effective immediately due to the forest fire burning near Paddy’s Pond.
The town is taking the action to reduce any unnecessary travel in the town and on roads in and around CBS.
The town says it is seeing increased traffic congestion which may impede emergency response. All unnecessary travel is being discouraged at this time.
