A 35-year-old man has been charged with firearms offences after a man was reportedly seen carrying a gun in the centre city area.
Police were called to Carter’s Hill around 8:30 this morning.
The accused was held in custody pending a court appearance on two counts of breaching a firearms prohibition and carrying a concealed weapon.
