A man has been charged following a single-vehicle crash on the TCH near the Foxtrap weigh scales last week.
The RCMP were called to the scene just after 9:30 p.m. last Wednesday.
They say the driver, identified as 35-year-old James Greenham, did not have a license and was breaching his court orders at the time.
He appeared in court today.
