MUN Students for Palestine is disappointed with a recent meeting with Memorial University President Janet Morrison and the executive director of the Board of Regents, Lisa Russell.
The group is asking Memorial to divest itself of companies that they say are either active or complicit in war crimes in Gaza.
In a release issued this week, the group says Morrison refused their request “to take decisive action” claiming neutrality, a position that the group says is untenable.
