NL Health Services has lifted its mandatory masking requirements.
As of today, it is no longer mandatory for people to wear a mask in clinical areas of health care facilities.
However, people who are symptomatic – such as exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 – or who have a rash, will still be required to mask up upon entry.
Additional masking protocols may be implemented by the health authority if an outbreak occurs.
