The RNC has charged a man for intentionally setting a fire in Kenmount Terrace last evening.
The St. John’s Regional Fire Department was called to the scene around 6:00 p.m.
Responding officers determined that the fire had been intentionally set and 36-year-old Tyler Chafe was arrested at the scene.

A shed was destroyed, and damage was caused to the siding on some neighbouring homes, but there were no injuries.
Chafe is scheduled to appear in court on charges of arson and four counts of uttering threats.
