Premier Tony Wakeham and Indigenous Affairs Minister Lela Evans are in Ottawa today for what is being deemed a “historic meeting for Canada.”
The aim of the First Nations-First Ministers meeting is to help identify and address the priorities of first nations groups across the country.
Due to attending the meeting, Wakeham and Evans will not be present for the opening day of the House of Assembly.
