RNC in Labrador West have charged a Quebec man with harassing staff at a business in Labrador City.
Staff at the store had reported that the man’s behaviour over the last few weeks was making them uncomfortable, and when recently asked to leave, he refused.
When RNC arrived on Friday morning, the 42-year-old Quebec man blocked the patrol vehicle with his own vehicle before eventually speeding away.
The accused was located nearby and was arrested on charges of criminal harassment and obstructing a police officer.
He was held for court.
