The RNC has a new Deputy Chief of Patrol Operations.
David B. White was officially promoted during a ceremony at the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary’s Headquarters yesterday.
Deputy Chief White, who has been policing for 28 years, most recently served as Superintendent and Operations Patrol Services Divisional Commander for the northeast Avalon.
Deputy Chief White replaces Colin McNeil who retired at the end of 2025.
