The RNC is offering its condolences to Constable Scott Mosher of Corner Brook on the passing of long-time partner, retired police dog Garvey.

The RNC says Garvey served alongside Constable Mosher “with unwavering dedication and courage” and it describes the bond the two shared as “unbreakable.”
