The town of Carbonear is capitalizing on the popularity of Below with a Halloween display at Pergola Park on the waterfront.
The display features a boat, a ghoulish groaning mariner, and brightly lit squid arms reaching up to pull the boat into the water.
The town invites residents and visitors to have a look…. if they dare.
