A major donation to MUN Botanical Gardens will result in the purchase of a new tractor to help tend to the popular destination’s grounds.
Friends of the Garden, or FOG, has donated $50,000 to the garden to buy a new tractor to help with daily operations.
The group, which has been supporting the Botanical Gardens for more than 50 years, has raised more than half a million dollars in the last decade alone.
